Dynamics 365 F&O ERP Architecture Supply Chain Digital Transformation Caf2Code LLC

Nearly fifteen years in the ERP trenches will teach you something: the best implementations aren't won on whiteboards. They're won in honest conversations, realistic timelines, and staying accountable long after go-live.

Chris Robbins

I got into consulting because I genuinely like solving hard problems with people, not just for them. What started as a deep technical dive into Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain turned into a career arc that went from writing code to architecting systems, leading global teams, and now shaping how Caf2Code goes to market as Chief Commercial Officer.

Along the way I've been the architect who stayed up late debugging code or configuration issues, the VP who had to deliver hard news about scope creep, and the guy who genuinely got excited about warehouse management module configs. I've learned that the technical depth matters, but what sticks is the trust you build with the team sitting on the other side of the table.

Cache Break is where I share what I'm learning: real-world Dynamics 365 patterns, implementation lessons, and the occasional take on where ERP and AI are headed next.

When I'm not deep in a Dynamics configuration or scoping a deal, you'll find me doing the kinds of things that actually recharge the battery.

Trail Running

There's no better way to clear a whiteboard in your head than a few miles on a muddy trail. The steeper the better.

Vegetarian Cooking

I treat the kitchen like a lab. If there's no meat in it and it still tastes remarkable, that's a win worth writing down.

Sci-Fi Reading

Give me a sprawling space opera or a near-future dystopia and I'm gone for the weekend. Current favorite genre: anything that makes me question what "intelligence" means.

Cycling

Road, gravel, wherever the route goes. Best way to explore a new city or burn off the frustration of a missed go-live deadline.
